What goes in:

Whole wheat flour

Fenugreek leaves

Salt

Carom seeds (optional)

Water

This is how we do it:

Take about a cup of flour and add a pinch of salt and carom seeds to it. Now put that mix in a bowl and add Fenugreek leaves to it. Mix everything well. Now add some warm water, little by little as you start to knead the dough. Knead till the dough turns into a soft smooth ball. Now pull out a small portion and roll it on  a flat surface. Using a rolling-pin, make a flat bread out of this and place it carefully on a hot non stick pan. Press it gently as the sticky dough starts to peel off the pan. turn the side and cook well on both sides. In a couple of minutes you will have really nice, hot flatbread. Add butter over it if you like. Enjoy!
